a. Copies of 2014-2015 report card/current school document with

                  current grade verification, copy of birth record, and copy of 2014-15 AAU card.

 

b. Commitment Form and documents

             i. Mark form of payment on top or bottom of page

             ii. Sign the DreamBig Refund Policy

c. Player Code of Conduct (Players & parents read carefully)

d. Parent Code of Conduct (Parents read carefully)

e. Media Consent Form

f.  Risk and liability Form

Financial Aid Information

We provide assistance to children whose families are in need of financial assistance, love the game of basketball, and would like to participate in our program. Those who do qualify for financial assistance are encouraged to participate in individual and team fundraisers. To qualify for any form of financial assistance, a child must be selected to play on one of our teams.  The financial assistance application must be completed in its entirety, signed, and requested items submitted to the Dream Big Basketball Club Office, P.O. Box 10087 Tyler, TX  75711. Deadline is Febuary 28.

 

All personal finances will be confidential.  Only board members & your immediate coach will be knowledgeable of your situation.  Our board will meet prior to the start of tournaments to decide who is eligible to receive assistance.  A board member will personally call you to inform you of the amount of assistance Dream Big will be able to provide.

 

 

• A family discount is applicable when a family has more than one immediate family member participating in the Dream Big Basketball Club.

 

• To request a multiple-family discount, please contact a staff member at info@dreambigaau.org  to request this discount. 

 

• No application is necessary; however, a Dream Big staff member will have to verify that all members are immediate family members.

 

Sponsorships

  • Do you know someone who would like to sponsor your child or a group of children to attend a one of our camps or training sessions?

  • Do you know someone who would like to sponsor your child so she or he is able to play on one of our select teams? 

  • Have them contact us at info@dreambigsports.org call us at 903.520.5917

  • Dream Big is a non-profit, 501 (c) 3, which means all sponsorship donations are tax-deductible

  • Donations must be payable to Texas DreamBig Baskertball Club to be tax-deductible

  • Donations may be earmarked for an individual child or team
