Our Mission:
At Lindale Veterinary Clinic, our goal and policy is to provide our clients with a friendly, professional, and caring atmosphere, and to treat our clients' pets as though they were our own. Our continued goal is to deliver the highest quality of veterinary medicine to our patients. We are sensitive to the care and concern that each client brings to our practice for his or her pet. We serve the needs of our clients and their pets with a competent staff, and excellent equipment. Our clients and patients will be treated with respect, dignity and compassion along with an unparalleled sense of honesty and dignity.
Communications among staff members and clients is important and vital to our ability to provide consistent care, and emphasizes our team approach to the practice of excellent veterinary medicine. Our staff meets regularly to discuss and implement new treatments, ideas, and procedures. Our veterinarians and support personnel provide preventive health care and treatment of disease problems to our broad-based clientele.
Our specialists are ready to provide consultations and treatments for pets with more advanced and complex diseases. All services are available to our clientele as well as to all patients referred to us by our clients and veterinary associates. We pledge and guarantee that we will always do our very best to serve you and to provide your pet with the care that they deserve.
Dr. Renee Smith is the owner of Lindale Veterinary Clinic, a Christian based, family oriented corporation. Renee earned her bachelor of science (1992) and doctor of veterinary medicine (1996) degrees from Texas A & M University. She enjoys working with both large and small animals, showing Golden Retrievers, and breeding French Bulldogs. Dr. Smith is one of the few veterinarians in the state certified in PennHip. She emphasizes client education and feels that it greatly enhances pet health. She wants to work with owners to achieve optimum health and quality of life for their pets. She focuses her interests in medicine, surgery, veterinary dentistry, and radiology.
She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association. She enjoys traveling, scuba diving, camping and hiking, and spending time with her family. Renee and her husband, Kelly, currently reside in Wood County on their small ranch with their four children Rachel, Jason, Aubree, and Sarah. They raise Aggie Longhorns, Golden Retrievers, and French Bulldogs.
