PATH Programs and Services

are Comprehensive

PATH’s programs address the multiple factors affecting low income families that keep them in poverty, place them at risk of becoming homeless or in need of crisis intervention services, and limit the potential of children and adults to live stable and secure lives.

 

We provide HOPE through our casework approach to immediate assistance; 100 families per day come to PATH for immediate assistance and we interview every one of them, listening for ways we can help them work through the current crisis situation that is besieging them. We offer HOPE - a shining light during darker times. Our immediate services are intended to bring relief, not to increase dependency.

 

We provide HOME through our Transitional Housing Program; our 52 rental homes are utilized as a tool to help families who are ready to tackle the barriers that are holding them back from self-sufficiency. Our two-year program includes long-term case management, a savings incentive, educational opportunities, and the availability of child mentoring. Our goal is to prepare them for a stable, safe, decent and affordable home - either decent rental housing or home ownership.
